You know those month long exercise challenge posts on Pinterest and Facebook that everyone seems to get into? Well I discovered an app called 30 Day Fitness that contains a lot of different challenges all categorized that you can join anytime! I have been using this app for a month and a half now and have completed 4 challenges and signed up for another 4 for July. I love it because it tells you your workout command of the day and has demonstrative videos for each move. You can also set yourself daily notifications at whatever time you want to work!
This month I signed up for the Jumping Jack challenge, Wall Sit challenge, Plank challenge and Easy Squat challenge! So far I haven’t missed a day! Would you download this app? What are some other cool fitness ones you have on your phone?
